Sandy Wiedmeyer serves as Operations Superintendent at the RecPlex in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Recplex is the largest municipal facility in the United States. She serves over 11,000 members and supervises a staff of more than 50 group fitness instructors, personal trainers, and fitness staff.  Responsible for more than 100 group fitness offerings a week, Sandy also oversees wellness programs, triathlons, multiple annual 5k/10k walk/run events, and assists in the operations of multiple facility departments. Sandy has varied experience having owned her own personal training and physique coaching businesses, as well as promoting/planning physique competitions. Sandy also serves as the USA Midwest Global Ambassador for the Women in Fitness Association (WIFA), an association that provides unparalleled career and networking opportunities for women within the fitness industry.
