Will Erb is the director of the Americas at Keepme, the industry AI powered fitness CRM. Since joining Keepme in 2019, he helped Keepme develop a fully integrated lifecycle CRM platform that harnesses the power of artificial intelligence to drive revenue and transform the way providers interact with members and prospects. He brings a wealth of experience spearheading process and technology innovation across IT, social media marketing, federal contracting, food and more. Will earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from The University of California, holds a juris doctor from The George Washington University and an MBA from Indiana University.
