A growing number of Americans now understand the importance of physical activity to their health and wellness, but still, only 20 percent of the U.S. population belongs to a fitness facility. It’s time to meet this other 80 percent where they are: burned out, stressed out, lacking sleep, eating poorly, lacking knowledge about recovery and terrified to walk inside your doors. They long for one place to go for all of their wellness needs, but they don’t see gyms as that resource. It’s time to change that. Let’s discuss how to operationalize this opportunity through programming that offers an entry point for this population in the areas of mental wellness, recovery, stress reduction, sleep, nutrition, online courses, coaching and more. Then, let’s discuss how to market to this population so you capture their attention and gently grab their hands to lead them through your doors.
